Who is a Growth Manager?
Tactical Strategist:
You translate business goals into concrete marketing actions, create precise B2B campaigns, and monitor their effectiveness. Your analytical mindset helps you optimize strategies based on measurable results.
Data-Driven Decision Maker:
You rely on analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, optimize budgets, and identify the best communication channels for B2B clients. Your data-backed decisions will help maximize ROI on marketing activities.
Effective Collaborator:
As a Growth Manager, you will work closely with sales, technical teams, and external partners. Your ability to build relationships and share knowledge will integrate different company areas into a cohesive marketing strategy.
Innovator in B2B Marketing:
You think outside the box, test new tools and communication channels, and quickly adapt to market changes. Your creativity and courage to experiment will be key to improving campaign efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating and overseeing marketing strategy across four key areas: Field Sales, Content Marketing, Social Selling, and Outbound Campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing for ROI.
- Running digital campaigns and organizing industry events.
- Creating and distributing marketing content (blogs, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers).
- Managing the marketing budget and selecting the best tools.
- Working with sales, delivery, and leadership to align marketing goals.
- Implementing scalable marketing processes.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Tech/IT industry experience to operate efficiently
- Developing and executing sales-supporting strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Planning and running (online) marketing campaigns—from ideation to execution to performance analysis
- Marketing data analysis & insights extraction—experience with Google Analytics & Looker
- HubSpot expertise—CRM management, campaigns, and marketing automation
- SEO, content marketing & performance marketing—knowing how to increase visibility and effectiveness
- Managing marketing budgets—cost optimization and maximizing ROI
- Organizing and promoting online events (webinars, industry conferences)
- Using Trello & Confluence for planning and documenting marketing activities
- Leveraging AI for trend analysis and marketing automation
- Campaign testing and optimization (e.g., A/B testing)
