- You will take responsibility for the design and full implementation, together with the team, of new client acquisition processes starting from marketing activities (lead generation, account-based marketing) and ending with the execution of direct activities with the client - new business;
- Together with the growth team (marketing and sales), you will conduct regular activities to achieve the projected results in marketing and sales;
- Based on analyses, you will propose and implement critical changes necessary to improve the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities (ROS). Strategic changes as well.
- With external partners and growth team members, you will design and execute B2B marketing activities based on the client's buying processes, primarily lead generation, lead nurturing and account-based marketing activities.
So! We are Semantive, a professional services consulting company providing native cloud solutions to transform clients’ organizations into data-informed organizations. We are an AWS certified team of software engineers keen on applying cloud services to challenging business problems. We work in an Agile way and pay a lot of attention to code quality; we do peer code reviews and use pair programming when appropriate.
This means that your job will be to methodically scale up revenues, the primary source of which will be sales (scale-up, up-sell, x-sell). You will work directly with the CEO and three other managers on the management team, developing the insights necessary to make critical decisions.
Daily, as part of your regular duties, you will also:
- Monitor and enforce marketing and sales tactics based on, for example: quality and correctness criteria for the most effective sales and marketing behaviours and activities (correctness may be new to you, don’t worry, we will teach you)
- Correct, modify and support the salespeople's efforts – marketers on your team in each sales process, and develop their skills.
- Examine and evaluate the sales and marketing activities results, deciding which areas/channels to continue investment and activities and where to discontinue or reallocate resources.
- Analyze sales results and propose and develop changes necessary to improve sales effectiveness (ROS) on an ongoing basis.
- Manage collaboration with external partners in the context of executing B2B marketing activities, which are part of the marketing-sales process as a result of which the team develops contacts and later sales projects.
You must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a sales marketing team in the IT industry (cloud-based solutions) – one marketing and sales process
- Minimum ten years of experience in marketing and sales of IT solutions and projects, with experience in sales of IT projects being the most important.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with foreign clients, including market expansion through, e.g. account-based marketing
- Experience and proven qualifications in B2B marketing, project, consulting sales
- Established relationship capital in the IT and marketing and sales sectors that can help us achieve projected financial, quality and project results
- Work in a remote environment with several suppliers simultaneously – external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with effective use of Hubspot in managing marketing and sales activities would be an asset
- Ability to arrive at conclusions based on analyzed reports and work with the team to develop changes and solutions.
