We’re expanding our services with the goal to be an end-to-end cloud software consultancy and a top partner in CEE in the coming years for Cloud Vendors such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. By joining Semantive, you will have the unique opportunity to impact enterprise companies in how they deliver cloud software solutions. You will also join us during the growth and scale-up curve.
This means that your job will be to open new business opportunities and bring in new business, the primary source of which will be through lead generation activities and navigating enterprise sales processes.
What you will be doing:
- You will systematically analyze companies and decision-makers in given market segments, and on this basis, you will build a database of contacts with whom you will perform prospecting activities;
- Prospecting activities may range between Social Selling (LinkedIn), Cold Calling, and other types of lead generation activities.
- You will conduct the entire modern sales process based on the analysis of decision-making processes of our clients and decision-makers;
- You will build a knowledge base about clients, initiate first contacts, create threads, sales and project opportunities, conduct them until the first contract is signed;
- Then if possible and justified in terms of business, you will conduct account management activities;
- By working systematically and methodically, you will recognise new areas, problems and market opportunities with clients we are currently cooperating with (up-selling, cross-selling), which you will change into sales projects;
- You will conduct, care and develop the current cooperation with clients.
- At a later stage, you will have the opportunity to acquire and build strategic relationships with partners to open new customer acquisition channels.
- You will be a part of our Growth Team (3 sales professionals and a Head of Growth)
You must have:
- Experience in sales and marketing inbound solutions IT projects, with experience in sales of IT projects being the most important
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with foreign clients, including market expansion, entering new markets in IT
- At least 1 year of lead generation experience (in software house environment / IT)
- English C1 Business. Fluency is required, as we aim for foreign markets as well as expect you to be able to grab a phone and do a Cold Call.
- Minimum 1 year of proven account management experience
- Experience with the effective use of CRM (Hubspot) in managing marketing and sales activities would be an asset. If you don’t know HubSpot - no worries, you will go through the on-boarding process.
- Established relationship capital in the IT sector that can help us achieve projected financial, quality and project results
- Ability to arrive at conclusions based on analyzed reports and work with the team to develop changes and solutions.

- Base salary: 10 000 - 15 000 net base salary on B2B, depending on your skills
Sales Bonus: Bonus paid every 6 months based on performance during the year, no cap, bonus is based on Gross Margin.
