We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Consultant eager to join us on this mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and translate business needs into well-architected Amazon Connect contact center solutions tailored to customer service use cases
- Advise and support customers throughout the implementation of Amazon Connect-based contact center platforms
- Design and build customized IVR scenarios, call routing logic and agent workspace configurations
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lex, Lambda and DynamoDB, as well as external systems including CRM platforms
- Set up and optimize real-time monitoring, reporting and historical analytics for contact center performance
- Plan and deliver customer workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on trainings
- Create test strategies, validation scenarios and structured rollout plans for new solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable and high-quality customer implementations
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering and implementing contact center solutions, preferably based on Amazon Connect
- Strong hands-on expertise in designing and configuring IVR flows, call routing logic and agent workflows
- Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Generative AI or Conversational AI
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent) are considered a plus
- Practical experience with CTI integrations and API-based system connectivity
- Ability to understand business and customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong motivation to work with modern technologies and continuously expand your technical skill set
- Full professional proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken
- Availability for occasional travel related to customer engagements
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work
- Background in STEM, formal IT training (e.g. application development) or equivalent hands-on experience in the IT field
