In connection with the recruitment process, we may process the following categories of your personal data:
- Identification and contact details: such as your name and surname, contact details provided by you (e.g. phone number, email address, correspondence address), and date of birth;
- Employment-related information: including your work history, qualifications, professional memberships, education, and experience;
- Recruitment-specific information: such as your availability to start work and expected salary;
- Assessment results: including the outcomes of any interviews and technical tests conducted as part of the recruitment process;
- Any other personal data that may be required under applicable law;

What are the sources of your personal data?
We may collect your personal data either:
- directly from you, for example through application forms, your CV, correspondence, or during interviews, meetings and tests held as part of the recruitment process; or
- from third parties, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, a referring person as part of an employee referral program.
Do I have to provide my personal data?
It is obligatory for you to provide us with your personal data (first and last name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and history of previous employment) if you wish to participate in the recruitment process conducted by us. If you do not provide us with your data, you will not be able to participate in the recruitment process conducted by us. Provision of other data is entirely voluntary.
What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?
We process your personal data (as listed in Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code) to assess your qualifications for a specific role, make decisions regarding your job application, and determine potential employment. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, insofar as Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code imposes a legal obligation on us. If the employment is to be based on a civil law contract (i.e., a contract other than an employment contract), the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the conclusion of the contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
We process your personal data, which you are not required to provide, to assess your qualifications for a specific role, make decisions regarding your job application, and determine potential employment. The legal basis for this processing is your voluntarily given consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), which is deemed granted when you provide us with such personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
We may also process your personal data in order to assess your qualifications for a specific job position in the future (e.g., future recruitment processes or when no job offer was published but you submitted your CV voluntarily). The legal basis for such processing is your voluntarily given consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and, where applicable, Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR). Such consent may be expressed by selecting the appropriate checkbox in our recruitment system, by including a consent clause in the content of your CV, or by providing it separately in another form. Some of our service providers—particularly those providing specific IT systems—may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure that any transfer of personal data is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

How long do we retain your personal data?
Personal data of job candidates will be retained from the moment it is collected for the duration of the recruitment process. Data of candidates who are not selected will generally be deleted without undue delay after the recruitment process ends, unless we have a legitimate interest in retaining the data for the purpose of establishing or defending against possible claims. In such cases, the data may be retained no longer than until the expiration of the statute of limitations for such claims, in accordance with applicable law.
If you have given us your consent to participate in future recruitment processes, we will retain your data until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 12 months.
In any case, personal data processed on the basis of your consent will be retained until the consent is withdrawn.
Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
During the recruitment process, your personal data may be processed by automated means. We reserve the right to use AI-based tools to support recruitment activities. However, no automated decision-making will take place as a result of such processing.
