This role starts as a part-time (0.5 FTE) position with the possibility to grow into a full-time role as we expand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting internal end-to-end recruitment projects (mostly in the IT area but we hiring for non-technical experts as well)
  • Sourcing and proactively looking for candidates (using a variety of sources and methods)
  • Building and maintaining a Talent Pool of potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline for current and future recruitment needs
  • Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, motivation and cultural fit
  • Managing the recruitment process including scheduling, providing feedback, and negotiating offers
  • Preparing blind CVs and candidate summaries for Clients & Hiring Managers to ensure objective evaluation and smooth decision-making process
  • Collecting, tracking & presenting key recruitment metrics and data from the  ongoing projects as well as co-creating internal processes to continously upgrade them - we do care about not making the same mistake twice
  • Working on automations to improve personal efficiency and HR processes - including the use of AI tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience
  • Cooperation on tasks related to Employer Branding and recruitment marketing

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Min. 6 years in recruitment, including at least 4 years in IT
  • You have proven recruitment successes and you can focus on several roles at the same time
  • Experience in recruiting for senior and niche technical positions
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (creating and posting job advertisements, usage e-recruitment tools, and candidates database management, screening, selection and offer negotiation)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on technical sourcing experience (either an agency or in-house background)
  • Experience in process improvements (e.g. ATS implementation, optimization of recruitment workflows, or automation initiatives)
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment - you know how to collect, interpret, and present key hiring metrics and data
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new tools and technologies, including AI-based solutions, to make recruitment more effective
  • Native level of Polish and very good command of English (at least B2) in order to write job descriptions, messages to candidates and providing interviews 
  • Experience in process improvements (e.g. ATS implementation or similar)
